Hi all

Just got back from fishing, what a day.
The lake was frozen solid 2 -3 inches of ice.
So we all spent the 45 minutes smashing and breaking the ice.
We all smashed between 6 - 7 metres out so we could only fish the pole (1 line only)
7 fished.
Most people caught on 1lb line 22-24hook.
And here are the great results.

1st it me (Terry Swan peg 10) 1lb 7oz made up of 1 chub of 1lb on the punch, 2 perch for 5 oz caught on pinkies and 1 golbfish of 2 oz on double red maggot.

2nd--(Mark Strong peg 3) 1lb 5oz made up of 13 small perch caught on worm over chopped worm fishing 3 inches over depth.

3rd--(Eamon Folly peg 9) 12oz made up of 8 small perch and 1 goldfish, caught on pinkie and worm.

4th--(Fred Ravening peg 8) 9 oz made up of 9 small perch caught on pinkie and worm.

5th--(Mick Marshall peg 4) 2oz made up of 2 perch caught on pinkie and he was the 1st to catch a perch.

And 2 Blanks
