Pretty much Gaz I beleive all those weights in the top 10 except mine were lake two as well, conditions were difficult for UITW it was blowing a hooligan most of the day

Well run John

Apart from the traffic getting back to Herts it was a very good day

any chance of the peg numbers for the top 10 please

Peg 1 lake 1 a bit like the peg you drew Gaz in the intersite last year. Everyone struggled on my side. I fished shallow a bit when conditions were right and the rest of the time on the deck.

Had a few on worm in front plus some bits down the edge. Couldn't buy a bite on pellet meat or corn. I decided to chuck a method around to see if there were any fish about.

No liners no bites. Packed up at 1..........should have packed up at 11 lol. With at least 6 flyers and 2 qualification places you know after half an hour if it's worth hanging around.

A well run match John. Also good to see Morgan walking the banks and chatting to anglers. He dropped spare nets by each spit just in case. Good idea. New aerators added half way along both sides of lake 1. Will be interesting to see the effect. Might provide a holding feature for middle pegs.

Hi Dave,

Dave Sanford fishing at 5 metres on peg 77 using pellet at 5 metres

Alec Roberts started the match on paste and corn then switched to maggots for the last 2 to 3 hours at 3 to 5 metres on peg 56.

I send out a regular newsletter with whats happening, if you want to be added please email me at john@fish-to-win.co.uk and I'll add you to the mailing list.

John
