Could I make a suggestion here please? Past webchats have been difficult to follow because of overlap of q's and a's. Would it maybe be better to enter any questions HERE, on this thread, that can be the basis of any ensuing e-conversation? I know that Mark has MANY meetings next week, more than one per day and will be full to the eyeballs of information and questions already.

I feel certain that a better response would be achieved. Once Mark's answers to the pre-posted questions (you could send them to BNF as a PM I guess, to make it 'fairer'), follow-up questions could then be fielded 'live' so to speak.

Just a thought.
