Time is running out for you to register your stillwater fishery.

Be aware time is running out for you to register any stillwater fisheries for which you are responsible.
Following the implementation of the Aquatic Animal Health (England and
Wales) 2009 Regulations you must register by the 1st August 2009 - otherwise, you risk facing long delays in obtaining consents to move fish under Section 30.
The form, called RW1, is available by clicking this link (http://emarketing.blue-leaf.co.uk/t/r/l/itkydh/quiikilj/r). It is simple to complete; only two sides of A4. Additional news regarding registration is also available on the site.
For those who represent angling clubs or multiple waters, Cefas is willing to accept one complete RW1 form accompanied by a club book or water guide - as long as it contains an accurate species list and locations.
Cefas would like to thank those that have sent in forms already. Your applications are being processed and you will receive your registration documents shortly, if you have not done so already.
