View Full Version : MFS Saving Account.

Gents, if you wish to save towards the festival next year, or any MFS do's i am setting up a separate account for this. The way it will work is you will have the account number to make payments in electronically, by cheque or direct debit. This will be done with a unique reference number to enable me to track who has paid what. I don't want cheques or money coming to me.

It is for Wazz Ups and events only. I will then either transfer the money to your account beforehand, or have an envelope you sign for at the event with your money.

Any questions?

Col is it poosible to just to a direct bank transfer to said account ??? that way people can vary the amount they put in each month depending on how flush they are at the time ?? as opposed to a direct debit each month ??

I am doing this as a favour Tony, hence making it easy for everyone to pay money in with minimal time needed on my part. If you want to calculate the interest then feel free. Shouldn't be too difficult as this type of account doesn't pay interest unless there is a balance of about £20k i believe.

It's a community account so we avoid issues like taxation.
